Emily Brown

Emily Brown with SellSmart Home Staging in Tulsa has spent the past 10 years as a real estate investor; rehabbing, selling, and renting single-family properties.  She and her husband, Jamie,  own and manage their own rental properties.  Emily is a TCU graduate with a degree in marketing.  Emily believes that the secret to selling a home lies in utilizing those marketing skills to sell to the buyer.  Her formula is: “Understand the buyer + market your home to connect with them = a sold home.”  Emily is a HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner and has completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification course in the country.   She is a member of The Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, Home Staging Resource, and The American Society of Home Stagers.  She has moved 5 times in the past 7 years with her husband and 2 children so she understands that it can be hard to live in a home while trying to sell it. Janet Rusley

After buying, remodeling, and staging properties in Tulsa for the past decade, Janet Rusley with SellSmart Home Staging discovered her talent for home staging.  She realized from her personal experience that staged homes get top dollar.  Unstaged homes do not.  Janet is talented at creating warm, inviting spaces.  After earning her degree from The University of Iowa, Janet has run successful retail stores in the Tulsa area from which she acquired expert product staging knowledge and marketing experience.  Janet believes that once you put your house up for sale it becomes a product you need to sell.  Market your home by staging it and you will sell it.
